Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Royal Mail Track48 tracking number. This allows you to track your order and stay updated on its delivery status. Royal Mail Track48 typically delivers your order within 48 hours (subject to postal service times and delivery areas).

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Zahrat al-Aswad products. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we do accept returns, but please note that returns will only be accepted for valid reasons. Valid reasons for returning an item include:

• The product is damaged or defective.

• The wrong item was sent.
